Durante il NYCC è stato rilasciato il trailer per la quinta stagione di The Flash, il serial supereroistico di casa CW con protagonista Grant Gustin.
Nella quinta stagione Barry Allen (Gustin) dovrà affrontare Cicada, un misterioso villain, mentre dovrà avere a che fare con sua figlia Nora Allen dal futuro.
Tra le varie teorie vi è quella che vede la serie presto correre incontro alla Crisi pronosticata nel 2024 dopo le alterazioni temporali che abbiamo visto in questi 5 anni e il ruolo che Flash avrà nel crossover, Elseworlds di The CW previsto a Dicembre.
The Flash tornerà il 9 Ottobre e vedrà di nuovo il team riunito: Grant Gustin, Candice Patton, Carlos Valdes, Danielle Panabaker, Tom Cavanaugh, Jesse L. Martin, Danielle Nicolet, Hartley Sawyer e Jessica Parker Kennedy.
