Si sono conclusi i The Game Awards 2021 e tra annunci videoludici di tutto rispetto, come il nuovo gioco di Star Wars, e trailer di film e serie tv come quelli di Sonic 2 e Halo, anche quest’anno l’evento è arrivato al termine, non senza colpi di scena. Dopo una serie di critiche e polemiche legate alle nomination, soprattutto quelle per il Gioco dell’Anno.
Alla fine di tutto, il premio del GOTY dei The Game Awards è andato a It Takes Two, gioco multiplayer che negli scorsi mesi, soprattutto su piattaforme come Twitch, ha monopolizzato i discorsi del web e le live, grazie ad una narrativa leggera ma divertente e, soprattutto, una serie di innovazioni e trovate di gameplay che hanno veramente affascinato i giocatori.
