Un altro membro della Doom Patrol si aggiunge al cast di Titans. L’Uomo Negativo, interpretato da Dwain Murphy.
Il personaggio è uno dei membri fondatori della Doom Patrol, introdotto per la prima volta nel 1963 in My Greatest Adventure #80, l’originale Uomo Negativo era Larry Trainor, un pilota della Aeronautica Statunitense che è stato esposto ad un composto radioattivo mentre testava un nuovo jet sperimentale e da lì ha ottenuto i suoi strabilianti poteri.
Secondo Den of Geek, la serie, Titans, rimarrà fedele a queste origini e anche alla versione classica fumettistica, con tanto di bende.
Murphy (Star Trek: Discovery, The Strain) si aggiunge ai membri della Doom Patrol già castati come Bruno Bichir che interpreterà il Dr. Niles Caulder/Il Capo, April Bowlby sarà Elasti-Girl e Jake Michaels invece sarà Cliff “Robotman” Steele. Il team apparirà nel Quinto episodio della serie che debutterà nel servizio di streaming di Warner Bros.
Titans vede nel suo cast Brenton Thwaites come Dick Grayson, Anna Diop come Starfire, Teagan Croft come Raven, Ryan Potter come Beast Boy, Alan Ritchson come Hawk, Minka Kelly come Dove e Lindsey Gort come Amy Rohrbach.
